Aim House Bangkok Hotel ★★★

Room was spacious clean and acceptable. Location was within 5 min walk from the nearest BTS Thong Buri station. Toilet and bathroom was clean and big enough. Water heater was working fine and water strength strong.

They shud have reading lights on both side of the bed instead of only one side. TV show was all in Thai and shud have English sub titles . They should at least allocate one channel for English Movies. If they can provide iron and a board and also a hair drier it would be great. If they provide a free simple breakfast it would be good.

Good accessibility, close to bts, China Town and Icon Siam

Suggestions for the improvement of washroom cleanliness

-Nice lobby -Good position (near the Icon Siam)

-We can only access two device to the wifi since we only have two people but we need more because each of us have more than 1 device. And also the wifi quality is poor, it’s better to upgrade it. -very few light in the room so it quite dark

We really love the location with nearby restaurant, food stalls, convenient stores (7eleven) to choose from, you will never be hungry. Aside from that aim House is only 5 mins walk to Krung Thon Buri (BTS) station centrally located so it's easy to go to one place to another. Away from the noise of the busy street but a 15 mins walk to ICONSIAM one of the biggest (maybe not? ) luxury mall in bangkok. The PIER where you can do a boat ride to visit different tourist spots is just 1 BTS station away. 15min ride to (sometimes less than) Rambutri Road and Kaosan the party hub of bangkok. Regarding the cleanliness, a daily cleaning service is available. Wifi is great, although I can't say much regarding the speed because I only do basic stuff. Staffs are helpful but a bit intimidating at first, you just have to ask them. Overall we were satisfied with our experience in this hotel, surely we will recommend.

Good location for ease of getting to the Skytrain. Several cute cafes nearby. Would stay here again.

The front courtyard is full of plants and trees and is a peaceful place to relax. A great break from a very busy city.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff..close to 7e Near BTS skytrain station walking around 5-10 minutes

The bed was very comfortable. The room is big enough, have a lot of space and they have a refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, very close to BTS station only 10 min. walk and close to the free shuttle bus to icon Siam or you can event walk there maybe around 30 minute. And the hotel is not close to the road so no car noise at night. This was our second time here and will definitely come back again.

We can still here people noise from the hall but not that much trouble.

The beds are really comfy

Location is pretty far from sights and not much to do nearby. But there's free shuttle buses to Icon Siam near the BTS. Showerhead water pressure was quite low in my room

Only limited tea and coffee per day when there are 2 people, 2 hot drinks per day per person. No utensils in room, plates etc No Iron in room, hair dryer. Very Basic.

The room was great, clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay. The oof is very nice and we were having a couple of drinks at night after coming to the hotel (you need to buy the drinks outside)

everything was great. room very clean, fast internet. good location close to the skytrain and 3km from khao san. I highly recommend. I will definitely be back next time.

Spacy rooms, nice kitchen, and a bathtub, the must !

No hairdryer, strong smell (disinfectant) in the room for the 3 nights, the fridge can’t be maintained on while we leave the hotel.

The apartments were close to BTS, and IconSiam, so in a great location. Apartments were clean and serviced every day. Considering the cost they met our expectations. We also received water every day which was a nice touch. It's close to a 7-eleven, coffee shops and ATMs,

Rude and loud guests woke us up every night. Staff wanted us to call down when it was happening (Last thing I want to do at 330am is get up and call reception). The apartments are very echoey and you can hear people talking, and using keys, in the hall way clearly in your room. Bed was very uncomfortable

Only the lobby and corridors decors

The staff, only one girl was nice. The two others couldn’t even smile. The fact that it’s not as said in description, not 350m to the BTS more like 800m. Nothing to do in this neighborhood. The cleaning service is just to make good image because I had spiderweb, so much dust under the bed. And the water was burning hot. Couldn’t manage to figure out the water heat system

Helpful reception front desk on duty 24 hours. Clean large room with air conditioner, tv, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker. Good bathroom and shower. Roof top open at night to guests.

It was not that far to Skytrain and pretty close to Iconsiam mall.

The girl on reception checked the room to check out and she said that I have to pay 700 baht for dirty towel. It was easly washable, no hard steins. She scammed me. The reception were looking at me when I was going out and coming back. It's strange feeling to be observed. The rooms doesn't look good as on the pictures. They even don't look the same, have no any decorations. I was dissapointed when I opened my room. I didn't hang on the plate on the door to clean my room and they opened it and cleaned it anyway when I was out, without permission. I didn't like it. From that moment I hanged on to not disturb me. Windows and balcony were blocked, It wasn't possible to open them.
